I Believe that parents should listen to their children and always investigate matters in the event that someone might be hurt. Because adults are always thinking and under stress, it is scientifically proven that kids are more observing and aware. If a child's story is very nonsensical, I feel that parents do not have to believe it, but they should encourage a young child's growing imagination (to an extent). They should, however always be sure that their kids and themselves are safe.

for a rreason, and unless the Rule is bias, prejudice, or harmful, a student should follow the rule. Sometimes we all let a couple rules slip by, but there are some rules that shoul not be broken. If a student does not have the judgement to decide which is which and set boundaries, then they should follow every rule for the safety of themselves and everyone.

    - Indirect Characterization
The author uses actions to give details.
A parent should believe their children, but when serious matters are involved, parents should make sure that their child is doing the right thing. If something a parent's child was accused of is serious, the parent should investigate. If a parent's child has done something wrong, the parent should punish their child. The child needs to learn that there are consequences for doing the wrong thing. If a child has done something bad, the parents should take care of it. It is none of the child's fellow students business. However, a teacher could and should punish the child. A lot of this depends on the seriousness of the child's wrongdoing.
    2. When a rule at school does not make sense to you, do you have the right to decide which rules you will obey and which you will not? Can you think of a rule you would refuse to obey? What would be the consequences?
No matter what, rules should be obeyed. If a rule constricts a person, the person should fight for their problem. If I were not allowed to ask questions in class, I would fight to change that, but I would never try to break a rule. Occasionally, I break rules; but if I'm being honest with myself, I do it with my friends. Rules are important, but peer pressure and wanting to please somebody can make somebody break rules, which I understand.

No, if you do not understand or agree with a rule talk to someone who can change or help you understand it.

I think that you do have a right to not a obey a rule if it does not make sense o=to you or you think it doesn't make sense. A rule, I would disobey is a rule that says I can't play outside with a pencil outside because the pencil is dangerous. I would disobey this rule because the rule does not make sense and I don't seem in anyway how a pencil could be a huge "threat". The consequences would be that I would visit the principals office and explain my actions. I would also have to tell the bad things to my parents and have my conduct grade lowered to a D, F, or a C.

to believe in their dreams and that you can do anything if you work hard. The reason a parent should believe in their children's story is because if they don't then, their child will not raise his hand in class for help and will not ever ask for help to anyone. They also will never learn to achieve their dreams because they know it is just a dream that will never come true because the parent never believes the child and if the parent finds out the truth. Then, the child will never go back to the parent for help even he is telling the truth. I think that the role of a parent is to make sure that he does not doing wrong things. I think a parent should explain to the child what are the punishments of doing the bad deed and what could happen because of the punishments. I think there is a point where a parent should let a child get punished by society if it is a minor punishments because if it is a big punishment. Then, the child will never return to the parent for help.

    1. I think if the situation is of a great importance parents should investigate the truth. A parent's job is to be there for their child even through the roughest seas. Especially if they have done something wrong. They need to comfort their child, but also teach them what and how to do things. Yes, I think that eventually, children need to learn that all of their actions have consequences, and they cannot escape them.

their concerns. You have the right to choose which rules to follow and which ones you do not, but only in situations where it goes against what you believe and stand by. I cannot think of a rule I would refuse to obey cause at WN, all of our rules seem fair.

I think parents should believe some things that there kids tell them. If it was something bad happening there parents would probably want to know so that they could help. Our parents should punish us if we are not doing the right things or miss behaving so we will know not to do it again.
    2. When a rule at school does not make sense to you, do you have the right to decide which rules you will obey and which you will not? Can you think of a rule you would refuse to obey? What would be the consequences?
NoIf you should always follow thedon't understand a rule or less there could be some major consequences.ask someone for clarification so you won't get in trouble. A rule you mayI sometimes forget is to followturn in a hand out on time for like when we go on field trips or for a social. A good consequence is to not be able to go.
